[AWIPS #AYD-739501]: CAVE - RGB Composites - GeoColor option and CIMMS Natural Color option

I don't believe you have access to the CIRA data products. I'm not sure why 
there is a valid timestamp showing up, but the CIRA products are not publicly 
available that I'm aware of. We are receiving those products directly from CIRA 
and redistributing them on our LDM.
