[AWIPS #CJE-551426]: Errors in ingest log re: d2dgriddatabase

Hello,

Since you're not using GFE, You can ignore those warnings. It's just letting 
you know, you don't have the configs for GFS20 to re-grid for GFE. But the 
GFS20 model is still available to load in D2D.
