Can you send us a screen capture of what your map looks like? What operating 
system are you using? If it's the issue of seeing 1/4 of the map, please take a 
look at this link which should at the bottom should have the solution:

Please note: 
The Unidata AWIPS release is non-operational. You will be allowed to simulate 
the drawing and text-generation of warnings, but are prevented from 
transmitting a generated warning
