Is CAVE still freezing after you've completed the steps from my previous email,
and
reopened CAVE, reloaded data and tried to clear it?
Does it give you any kind of error (pop up on the bottom right part of the
screen)?
If so, could you go to CAVE > Open Alertview, and expand the error that you're
getting
and send that to me.
