[AWIPS #HCQ-427278]: Awips (Warn Gen) Question

Hello,

We have removed the send capability from the Unidata educational and research 
versions of AWIPS that we distribute. We cannot have everyone issuing warnings 
and possibly distributing them. Sorry for the inconvenience.
