[AWIPS #KHG-794589]: AWIPS CAVE update not right

Hello,

It sounds like you still have the old CAVE installed. Can you confirm you have 
re-installed the newest CAVE? 
(http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/) 

On linux from the terminal you can run "rpm -qa | grep awips2-cave" - you 
should see (note the 18.2.1):

awips2-cave-wrapper-18.2.1-1.el7.x86_64
awips2-cave-18.2.1-1.el7.x86_64

On Windows you can open CAVE and go to CAVE-->About CAVE-->Installation 
Details-->Configuration
and you should see "caveVersion=18.2.1-1" towards the top.
