[AWIPS #QCZ-797839]: Radar Error

Sorry about that. I had restarted EDEX last night and forgot to start the radar 
server back up. There should be radar data there now.

Okay, yes this is a bug and we will have to fix it. In the mean time a 
work-around is to go to the Radar menu --> NEXRAD Stations --> kdtx. Thanks for 
bringing this to our attention.
