[AWIPS #NYH-752493]: How to add points for soundings in awips?

The easiest way is to add points before you open the Volume Browser.  To add a 
point
go to the "Tools" menu > "Points".  This will bring up several points on the 
main editor
labeled a-g I believe.  You can then simply click and drag to move a point to 
the place 
you desire.  You can also right-click-hold to bring up a menu and select "Edit 
Point"
and enter a lat/lon if that would be easier.
