Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I am not aware of ScaVec but I would 
think if you contacted the Green Bay office they could help you out. Are you 
planning on running your own EDEX as well? To note, the GFE application 
accessed via the Unidata edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu is for testing purposes, 
but if you set up your own EDEX you are free to use GFE however you intend.
