[AWIPS #DOL-475731]: AWIPS wind arrows?

Hello,

That "New Window" menu option currently doesn't work on mac - you can only have 
one CAVE window open at a time. However you can select File --> New Map and 
that will open up an additional tab and you can have multiple tabs open. You 
also have the option to "tear off" a tab.
