[AWIPS #HHI-539282]: GOES 16 ABI L1b file submittal to LDM via pqinsert question

Hi,

You are correct, the file that CAVE is looking at is the one in shown in the 
CAVE localization directory which is the old file. Did you try deleting the 
local caveData after making the change on the edex server?
