[AWIPS #HHI-539282]: GOES 16 ABI L1b file submittal to LDM via pqinsert question

Hi Peter,

It looks like the a few of the channels, they've slightly changed the central 
wavelength by .01-.03 microns so the processed file is slightly different so it 
was not matching the styleRules and menu anymore. I will work on getting these 
files updated for you.
