[AWIPS #QWU-276467]: AWIPS

Hi Michelle,

Unfortunately the import GIS Data/Shapefile is not enabled in the current 
Unidata AWIPS build. We are aiming to make sure it's included in the next 
release. Sorry for any issues this causes you.
