[AWIPS #ZCI-226554]: AWIPS CAVE Failing to start

Hi Brandon,

What happened after you clicked "Start" on the opening AWIPS window?
The console window (black one with white text) was still up and running, right? 
 A lot of text was
being written to that window, and scrolling probably quite quickly?  This is 
expected, proper 
behavior.  Did you wait for a while after this?  CAVE can sometimes take over a 
minute to open up
and start once this is done.
