[AWIPS #BEW-260229]: EDEX Error During Start-up

Hi Wei,

Yes, it looks like somehow postGIS is not installing correctly.  I believe the 
maps table error is 
a red herring in this context.  The real issue is the failed postgis calls.
I'm wondering if you can try to uninstall the database and reinstall.
Do you have yum available?
If you run:
yum grouplist

What is the output you get?
