[AWIPS #HQB-995677]: ldmadmin start Locking Up

Hi Robert,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your LDM.  From the looks of what 
you've sent us,
it seems as though there might be some permission or ownership issues with root 
going on.
Could you please run the following and send us the output:

ls -alt ~ldm/bin/

mount
