[AWIPS #RAB-671867]: AWIPS II Installation in RHL

Hi Wyatt,

I actually don't have access to the Mac build of CAVE at the moment. We're all 
under mandatory work from home orders and I don't have a Mac machine.  
Is there a File menu instead of CAVE menu?
I'm going to see if I can actually run a Mac VM on my machine tomorrow, and if 
I make progress on that hopefully I'll be able to run CAVE and look around 
myself to find the proper menu location for you.
