Hi Jamie,

I am not familiar with PIREP data, but I will do my best to help.  What exactly 
do you mean by "using the
DAF to decode PIREPs"?  As far as I know the DAF is mainly just used to access 
data, not manipulate it.
I could be wrong, I don't have a ton of experience with the DAF just yet, but 
that is my understanding.
