[AWIPS #RGA-719047]: From a non-University entity: Clarifying question regarding need for EDEX and user "awips" to exist as requirements to use CAVE

Hi Peter,

Could you try one other thing and let me know what happens?  When you start up 
CAVE
could you choose *our* EDEX to start it up?  "edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu"
Does CAVE still start up with some of the windows not populating and eventually 
crash?
