[AWIPS #AEJ-967615]: Problems with data loading on AWIPS II CAVE



Okay, two things: 
-try running the command without sudo.  Depending on how you set up the VM
I think it's possible you might be able to run it as that user
-if that doesn't work, or if it asks for a password again, just type the 
password you set up for the user.  Sudo is trying to run as root on your 
machine, so it needs the authority to do so.  I assume if you only set up
one user on your VM then that would be the administrator so just use that
password you set up.  Also, it is acknowledging what you type, it just doesn't
show you that.  So if you type the password and hit enter you'll get some
kind of response (whether it's happy with that or not).
