[AWIPS #MCQ-428417]: AWIPS-CAVE 16.2.2 on CentOS 7

Hi Yi-Chuan,

I have made updates to the CentOS 7 release, please try again, you should see 
packages 16.2.2-2 after running "yum clean all".
