[AWIPS #TGJ-254627]: AWIPSII Windows Version

Hi James,

Thanks for the detailed feedback.  I'm actually working on the next Windows 
release at the moment and a lot of these issues have been solved for the 16.2.2 
release. I'm anticipating a release later this week or next week.
