Hi Chris,

AWIPS right now runs as a real-time data server and we don't have the ability 
to serve case study archives and live data of the same type, such as level 3.  
And you are correct that edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu serves only level 3 and 
not level 2, for now.

I am going to bump the radar archive to 30 days, and manually ingest files from 
around the 15th of August for you so they will be available on the server until 
September 15.   Any particular products or stations that you would like to use?
