[AWIPS #CIK-210123]: Awips Localization Perspective

It's a known error with GTK and cairo in recently updated RHEL kernels.  Did 
you upgrade to 6.6?  I'll need to try the fix myself in the Eclipse development 
environment, but you might try upgrading cairo and wxGTK packages and see if it 
solves the problem.
