Travel and Lodging Information

Lodging

Unidata has reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel convenient to the workshop location.

Once you complete the registration form, if Unidata will be covering your lodging expenses, we will book a room in your name.

If Unidata is not covering your lodging expenses, you can still take advantage of the group room rate at the Hilton Garden Inn ($229 per night), but you will need to contact the hotel yourself to do so. (See the Hilton Unidata Triennial Workshop 2023 lodging reservations page to reserve your room.)

Note that you must book your room no later than 15 May 2023 to receive the workshop rate.

Ground Transportation from Denver International Airport

Unidata will not be covering ground transportation costs, but we would like to recommend:

Public Transportation
Airport Shuttle

Eight Black Airport Shuttle at 303.997.0238 is a good option for travel between the airport and Boulder.

Ground Transportation to Workshop Sessions

Unidata will provide transportation during the workshop between the workshop hotel and the workshop site.

Workshop participants can also ride the free UCAR shuttle buses that run between the Mesa Lab, Foothills lab, and various stops in Boulder, including a stop located a short walk from the workshop hotel.
