With udunits-1.12.7, time returned in nco or GrADS are incorrect by about (not exactly) 2000 years. There are no problem with udunits-1.12.4.It appears that FreeBSD ports and Fink still use 1.12.4. There seem to be significant changes in converting equations in utlib.c but I have not been able to identify anything. I am not sure if this is platform-specific or not.
Would you please send me a string or set of UDUNITS calls that
illustrate the problem.
