[THREDDS #GYQ-484919]: cache configuration



Hi Fan,

The "recheckEvery" attribute does what you want [1]. However, that attribute 
only applies when using a scan element, which it doesn't seem like you're 
using. Right now, I think your only option is to periodically delete the 
aggregation cache directory [2], possibly in a crontab. There really ought to 
be a way to disable caching, but it's currently not possible. I've made an 
issue [3] for it though.
