[THREDDS #IFK-146579]: Thredds 5.0 "current" download can't be reached

Hi Damian,

That page is out-of-date and in the process of being rewritten (along with the 
rest of our docs).

If you'd like to try out TDS v5.0, you can get the latest snapshot here [1]. 
Rename it to "thredds.war" before deploying. Be warned that this is ALPHA 
software. Expect bugs.
