[THREDDS #ZBH-353592]: Issues Accessing THREDDS Radar Archive



Eric,

Are you hitting from yangtze? If so, you're using a ton of data :) (No 
complaints!)

Things should be much better now--I found my cronjob that's supposed to keep 
the cache of data cleaned up wasn't running as often as I thought. Eventually 
it would fill up the cache and the machine would implode. It should be good now.
