[Support #HVY-236649]: Trouble Accessing OPeNDAP

Hi Miles,

Yes, we are having issues on that server with regards to storage. The end 
result 
is that not all data is available, as some never made it to disk. 
Unfortunately, the 
backup server we have is not accessible due to the fiber mishap. 

Could you be a little more specific about what you are seeing on your end? Is it
just missing data or something else?
