[THREDDS #VDX-322533]: FMRC issue

Hi Thomas, im not seeing this behavior on version 4.6.0 which should be
released tommorrow. Could you try that version out in a test environment and
see if it fixes the problem? You can also use 4.5.5 which is already released,
but i havent tests yet. this iwhat i get:

Dataset {
    Grid {
     ARRAY:
        Float32 t2[time = 1][lat = 1][lon = 1];
     MAPS:
        Float64 time[time = 1];
        Float64 lat[lat = 1];
        Float64 lon[lon = 1];
    } t2;
} test_t2_4xdaily_ERAI/T2_ThomasDelacour_best.ncd;
---------------------------------------------
t2.t2[1][1][1]
[0][0], 247.57883

t2.time[1]
0.0

t2.lat[1]
90.0

t2.lon[1]
0.0
