re: SC03 LDM

You are correct, you can get the SVC_UNAVAIL if you do not have access to
port 388. I thought we had banged out that issue with these folks so did
not consider that an option. This would indicate that they may/probably
not running portmapper on 111..

So if the ldm processes seem to be working, it must be that you do not
have access to port 388..
