Double Y plots

Hi,

I have a time series of multiple variables, with two different units,  
that I wish to produce quality double-Y plots of as PostScript and  
GIF/PNG files in an automated (batch) operation. Can anyone suggest a  
good utility and/or example scripts? I have looked at CDAT, XMGR/ 
GRACE and Ferret and nothing jumps out as fitting my requirements  
without a good deal of fiddling around.
