[netCDF #HFK-167927]: ncgen tests failed



Hello Zach,

This is a known issue with the 4.4.1.1 release.  Instead of running configure 
and make check back to back, you need to run `configure && make && make check`. 
 This will ensure that the `ncdump` utility is built before the tests in 
`ncgen` are run.
