[netCDF #UHZ-892361]: Getting the NetCDF-Fortran library to build in Visual Studio 2013

Hi Jake,

Unfortunately, you are correct; at this time we do not have an official way to 
build netcdf-fortran using Visual Studio.  We hope to have this ASAP, but we 
are a bit resource constrained at the moment.  

I'm sorry I can't provide a more immediately useful response, but I hope this 
helps.
