[netCDF #QVP-434975]: NetCDF Make Check Failed: Segmentation Fault: 11

Hello,

I need a little additional information; can you provide the config.log 
generated when you ran configure?  Also, which version of libhdf5 are you 
using?  Finally, are you using any package manager like fink, or homebrew or 
macports, on your OSX machine?
