[netCDF #ASR-689767]: netCDF-fortran-4.4.2 install

Hello,

It appears that you have installed netcdf in `/usr/local/netcdf-4.4.2`, which
means ncdump would reside in `/usr/local/netcdf-4-4.2/bin`. Can you confirm if
this file exists in this location? If it does not, what is the output when you
run `make install`? If the file does exist, you will need to add the location
`/usr/local/netcdf-4.4.2bin` to your system path.

I hope this helps,

-Ward
