[netCDF #AZT-635130]: netcdf fortran

All I can think of is that there might be an old version of libnetcdf.so in
some directory that's configured for search by your dynamic linker, and
it's trying to use that for the netCDF C library before the one you just
built.  The function nc_rename_grp() was added relatively recently, so
wouldn't be found in an older library.
