[netCDF #OVZ-984194]: Format Conversion

Sorry, but we don't have specific software for data assimilation into 
a WRF-ARW model. You might have more luck asking for such software or
for assistance developing the conversion program you need from someone
in the WRF or radar data assimilation community.

Converting netCDF data to other more general text forms is also
