[netCDF #SEL-204074]: NetCDF-4

I think this previous answer to a similar problem describes what must be done 
to fix
this gfortran problem, because you are getting error messages about 
"libquadmath.so.0" 
not found:

If you Google for "netcdf libquadmath.so.0: cannot open shared object file", 
you may
find an easier solution.  It is not a netcdf problem, but a gfortran problem.
