[netCDF #MRB-844393]: make check failed

Let's try another experiment.
Edit run_pnetcdf_test.sh
and change
    mpiexec -n 4 ./tst_parallel2
to
    mpiexec -n 2 ./tst_parallel2
and see if it still fails.
