[netCDF #NQY-778989]: NEtcdf 4.3.0 failed in 2 tests while installed.

Ravi,

We can't duplicate the error you are seeing with failed tests for
remote access.

If you configure using the option "--disable-dap-remote-tests", does
everything complete successfully?

If so, then you can use the libraries and only expect problems if
you try to access data on remote servers through the DAP protocol.

Otherwise, we would need more information about why test_partvar
and test_varm3 are failing, since they work OK when we test them here.
