[netCDF #ZYQ-786138]: netcdf4 - hdf5-zip

There is only one netcdf-4.3.0 source distribution, which is intended to
be portable to all systems, including any Linux or Mac OSX platform.  For
Windows systems, we distribute binaries that are already built, but for
Ubuntu or any other Unix platform, you should use the 4.3.0 source 
distribution you find here (either tar.gz or .zip, they are the same files
just compressed differently):
