[netCDF #XKQ-793167]: netcdf V4.1.3 installation error

It looks like you may have a previous version 4.0.1 installed in 
/gpfs1/scientific_appln/netcdf/netcdf-4.0.1/lib/.
If that directory is in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH (or whatever AIX uses as an 
environment variable to specify the
search path for shared libraries), please remove it from you path before trying 
to build.  Then "make distclean"
and try again.

If that doesn't work, we'll need more information: the complete output from 
running  ./configure and "make check".
