Howdy! We must do a complete rewrite of the windows port for netcdf-4.1.2, and we hope to do that sometime in 2010. In the meantime, take a look at this: NOTE: User Viet Eitner has contributed a port of 4.1.1 to Visual Studio, including an F90 port to Intel Fortran.
