[netCDFJava #VKG-526884]: Issue in opening IASI BUFR file

Greetings Ghansham,

I do apologize for the delay. Thank you for uploading the sample file. Your 
example revealed a bug and it's currently being fixed. I'll let you know when 
the fix gets released to github.
