[McIDAS #OPE-657219]: Level 2 radar

Very good.  Since this is a limited, rolling archive, please remember
that NCDC should have all of the images.

Our web administrator just returned from travel, and one of the items
she is working on is restoring passworded access to the Unidata-Wisconsin
archives on unidata2-new.ssec.wisc.edu (aka idd.ssec.wisc.edu).  I just
tried the site, and there is still a problem, so you need to hold off
for awhile.  The user name and password for the site will be the same
as it was before once access is working again.
