Yes.  Our motherlode-class machines have an approx. 30 day rolling archive
of NEXRAD Level III products in:

http://<motherlode-class machine name>/native/radar/level3

example:

http://idd.ssec.wisc.edu/native/radar/level3/         (reference to 
unidata2-new.ssec.wisc.edu
                                                       will get changed to 
idd.ssec.wisc.edu)

Also, NCDC has long term archives of NEXRAD Level III products.
