Yes, this is correct (although not sorted according to increasing tilt
levels).

I _don't_ know why the Weather Service folks decided to label the products
like this; I simply followed their lead.

I have noticed the same thing: the 'A' and 'B' tilts for various products
are not sent as regularly as the others.  Why?  I don't know.
