[McIDAS #JGU-378119]: cannot connect to server

Right... McIDAS "caches" the IP address of an ADDE server in a file named
ADDESITE.TXT.  If the IP address of the server changes (like it did for
ULY), then the cached information needs to be updated.  This can be done
for an individual DATALOC or for all DATALOCs.  For instance:

DATALOC ADD RTIMAGES adde.ucar.edu

This creates or refreshes the IP address of adde.ucar.edu in ADDESITE.TXT

DATALOC HOST

This refreshes the IP addresses for every host listed in ADDESITE.TXT.
